Egg Salad. Yummy, yummy.

A few days after Easter, we turned our beautiful Easter eggs into egg salad. I love egg salad. It was one of my favorite foods as a kiddo. I honestly hadn’t made it in years.

What did I use?

*a dozen eggs (minus one… the little one wanted to try a hard boiled egg)Egg Salad Spices

*sea salt to taste

*black pepper to taste

*a pinch of cayenne pepper

*a dash of garlic granules

*a skosh of onion powder (no, I’m not from Wisconsin and yes, I use that word excessively)

*a hint of turmericEgg Salad Pickles Chopped

*3 or 4 heaping tablespoons of mayo

*10ish chopped bread and butter pickles

*a drizzle of pickle juice (add as much as you like, but too much will make it runny)

Peel the boiled eggs and smash with a fork. Add spices, pickles, and mayo. Stir. Add pickle juice. Enjoy.Egg Salad Sandwich
